Emailed invoices are not showing 'reviewed' even though many have been paid. Seems unlikely that none of them opened invoice emails before paying?

For your customers invoices to change to the reviewed status on your system your customer will have had to have selected the review and pay option within the email, If your customer does not select this the status will not change to reviewed.
