Every time I do an invoice, it automatically says paid, deposited with nothing more to pay. Obviously I can’t email that, any ideas?

Every time I do an invoice, it automatically says paid, deposited with nothing more to pay. Obviously I can’t email that, any ideas?

Hi djmasters66 It may be that you have the automation activated within the settings. Select the cog/gear icon > account and settings > advanced > automation > de-activate automatically apply credits and bill payments. You'll have to manually delete any payments against the invoice.
