For the last 48 hours invoices on the iPad app show not sent but checked via desktop and they show sent. Refreshed data in app but still showing not sent ?

For the last 48 hours invoices on the iPad app show not sent but checked via desktop and they show sent. Refreshed data in app but still showing not sent ?

Hi, muddywatersmetal.

 

We are aware of the frustration caused by Invoices not showing on the mobile app (IOS) but showing on the browser and would like to let you know that this has now been escalated to our Engineering Team.

 

In the meantime, while the issue reported is being investigated please continue to use all available features, including accessing the system via browser instead of the app on either mobile or PC, as a workaround.

 

If you are experiencing difficulties using the proposed workaround, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. Please be reminded that our Support Team is available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM till 3:00 PM PT on Saturdays. Here's how to contact us:

 

1. Click the Help (?) icon.

2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.

4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.
