Does the same thing happen when you try take the photo on another device to upload them into your account?
I haven't tried, I will download the app on my husbands phone and try it.
Just tried on my husbands phone and again it took the picture perfect checked it and lovely and clear added it to transaction then went back onto it and the image is blurry.

Furthermore, you can add an email for receipt forwarding in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty simple. It can be done by going to the Receipt tab in the Banking menu.
Before we proceed, please note that once you've created an email address, you can't change it.
