Hi, I don't found in my App Store phone this version: 5.4.3 and I used version: 20.04.2, I did an Expense "Travelling Expenses" but I don't see it on my Laptop. Valy

I have the details you need about the two app versions, @Valy. Also, I've got the steps you can perform to view the expense on your laptop.

Right now, we support the iOS version 9.3 or later. This may be the reason you're unable to locate 5.4.3 in the App Store since you're already using 20.04.2.

Also, the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is always in sync with the web. The stored cache on the browser may be full, which causes unusual behavior in QBO. That's why the expense you've created in the app isn't appearing on your laptop.

To help resolve this, I'd first suggest logging into your QBO account using a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache. Thus, it's a great way to isolate browser-related issues. If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press CTRL + Shift + P on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.

Once signed in, go back to the Expenses menu. Then, locate the travelling expenses you've created. If it works, switch back to your main browser. Then, clear its cache to remove the junk files on the browser. This way, it will function efficiently. Otherwise, please use another supported browser

After that, you can manage your supplier transactions by going to their profile. In the Transaction List, you can view, edit, delete, void, or print them from the Action column. For more details, visit this article: Suppliers Overview

Moreover, I'd suggest using this chart through this article: Features Availability In The Mobile App. Just go to the iPhone column to learn more about the other features available in this app.

I'm always here to help if you need anything else. Enjoy the rest of your day, @Valy.
