To start, open QBSE using a web browser. From there, review your invoices and trip transactions. If the data are intact in the web browser, you can proceed by updating the app to the latest version.
- On your device, open the Google Play store.
- On the home screen, select the Menu ☰ icon.
- Select My apps & games.
- In the Updates tab, look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- If you see the option, select Update.
Or, you may uninstall it to optimize its performance and start fresh.
Here's how:
- Select Settings from your app drawer or home screen.
- Click Apps & Notifications to see all apps.
- Scroll down the list until you find the QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Tap it, then hit Uninstall.
