I have lost all my information in the app. the milage log and invoices have all disappeared. has anyone else had this problem?

There are no reported cases about the issue of missing mileage log and invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). I'm here to help you check this error and narrow down its cause/s.

 

To start, open QBSE using a web browser. From there, review your invoices and trip transactions. If the data are intact in the web browser, you can proceed by updating the app to the latest version.

 

  1. On your device, open the Google Play store.
  2. On the home screen, select the Menu ☰ icon.
  3. Select My apps & games.
  4. In the Updates tab, look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  5. If you see the option, select Update.

Or, you may uninstall it to optimize its performance and start fresh.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings from your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Click Apps & Notifications to see all apps.
  3. Scroll down the list until you find the QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  4. Tap it, then hit Uninstall.

Once done, update your phone, then reinstall QuickBooks.
