On my computer I can’t open any invoices plus make any new ones any ideas

Unexpected problems in QuickBooks Online are sometimes affected by browser issues. This is because the cache will constantly overwrite itself without deleting the old stuff, causing the program to function poorly.

To check if this issue is caused by the large data in the cache, try using a private window and create an invoice there. This place prevents cookies from being stored on the computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues.

Use any of these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache to remove the history or log files so you can start with a clean slate.
