Where do my invoices get from I don’t see them in my email sent box like I do with other accounting programs

Hello there, steve-mitchard. 

 

The option to see emailed invoices from the email provider's sent email page is unavailable. However, we can use the Audit Log Report to show emailed invoices that were sent. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Audit Log
  2. Select the Filter drop-down to customize the Date range. 
  3. Click Show only these events and select Transactions. 
  4. Hit Apply

Under the EVENT column, a status will indicate Emailed Invoice No. XXXX. We can click View to more details. 

 

If we want to receive a message of the transactions that we send, we can use the Email me a copy option. Let me show you how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings
  2. Click the Sales menu. 
  3. Select the Messages section. 
  4. Check the Email me a copy at sample&sample.com
  5. Click Save and then Done
