Receipt snap has disappeared from the mobile app.... what’s happened to it? It was incredibly useful but now it’s gone.

That's Great ... Thank you.

 

I tried refreshing the data to the app which didn't seem to do much.  But then I logged out and back in again and it all started working.  So strange that the app went in to a completely different 'mode' but I'm glad it is working as before now.  So helpful being able to snap receipts and have them upload.

It's not gone, iainps-patenwork.

 

I opened the QuickBooks Online app on my phone and it's still there. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix issues with the app.

 

First, please restart the app. Simply close it and reopen. You can also power down and restart your device.

 

In addition, we can clear app data. 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
      • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

     

    • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

  • In your device Settings:
      • Android:
        • Settings > Apps (varies by device) > QuickBooks app from the list >Storage > Clear data.

     

    • iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, click the Offload App.

If this behavior continues, please uninstall and reinstall it.
