Retrieve deleted transactions - QB Self-employed

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help?

I accidentally deleted a number of transactions in QB self-employed. I've seen a way to get hold of the transactions to re-enter is via the audit log feature. However, this feature does not appear under tools on QB self-employed...

Is there another way to retrieve this data or should I be able to see audit log?

Thanks.

Retrieve deleted transactions - QB Self-employed

Let me provide some information about retrieving deleted transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, @jake1988.

I can see that the option to retrieve deleted transactions and re-entering them using Audit Log is a crucial feature for any business. Currently, these options are unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

In the meantime, you can check your bank statement and manually enter those transactions in QBSE. For detailed steps, you may utilize this article:

Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Otherwise, you can contact our support team for other options. They can check your account and help in retrieving deleted transactions in QBSE.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  3. Type in Contact Support.

Additionally, let me share this resource that will help enter sales income and expenses: Manually add transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Feel free to comment below if you have further concerns with retrieving and reentering deleted transactions in QBSE. I'll be happy to lend a helping hand. Keep safe!
