The Shortcuts section in the Dashboard tab has always been there if not removed from the layout. To get it back, we can customise the dashboard layout.
Here's how:
Concerning your missing previous invoices, we can check the Invoices section from the Sales tab and customise the Date to see if the transactions are lost.
Also, you can run the Invoice list report and filter out the Report period to show old invoices. After that, review your Audit log report to see if someone made changes to your account.
If the issue persists after performing the steps above to both the invoice shortcut tab and previous invoices, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related concern.
Let's start by logging in to a private browser to avoid storing cache data file that causes odd behaviour when running a web-based program. Feel free to follow the shortcut keys below:
If a private browser shows the quantity correctly, switch back to your default browser and clear its cache to give your browser a fresh start. You can also use one of the supported browsers if the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
