Good day, boltsmechanic-gm. Let me help you sort this out.

Adding downloaded transactions from the banking page while entering expenses and receipts will double your transactions in QuickBooks.

To get this fixed, you can UNDO the downloaded statements and match them to your manually added transactions or exclude them in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how to undo the transactions:

  1. Click Transactions and choose Banking.
  2. Go to the Categorized tab.
  3. Locate the transaction that was coded as Expense or credit card payments and hit Undo.z.PNG

If you choose to remove them from the program, you can follow the step-by-step process below in excluding the transactions,

  1. Click Banking in the left panel and choose Banking.

  2. In the For Review tab, select the imported transactions that are appearing twice.
  3. Tap on the Exclude button.

  4. If you want to delete the transactions, go to the Excluded tab, select the transactions.
  5. Hit the Delete button.

You can get more details about this process in this article: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.
