In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), allowable expenses are for business purposes, and disallowable expenses are for personal use.

If you’ve set up bank rules, there are instances where transactions are categorised incorrectly. We can reopen or recategorise those transactions to ensure the category/account is accurate.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- Click the incorrect category of the specific transaction.
- Use the search bar to enter your preferred category.
