This was reported before, but upon checking, the ticket was already marked as resolved. You can resend the affected invoice or send reminders. Then, your invoices moving forward should be good.
If you'll still experience the same thing, please contact our Support to revisit the ticket (INV-46528).
- Click on Help.
- Repeatedly search for the word human.
- If asked to specify your concern, click on See examples.
- Choose I still need a human.
- Click on Contact Us and choose how you want to reach our support.
