You can find the tags in the All List column, @finula-cilliers.
If you didn't use tags, access may be unavailable, or you can utilize the Custom Fields section in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right corner.
- Select Custom Fields under the Lists section.
- Use the Edit option to confirm the accurate categorisation of tags.
In the meantime, log in to your account using a private or incognito window to categorised tags. This mode doesn't save site data and browsing history. Here are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Edge: Press CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If the error is now gone, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies, as this can improve performance in QuickBooks Online. If this same thing happens, you can switch to other supported browsers to prevent unexpected behavior in QBO.
