The ability to upload an invoice template has been removed. We are now only able to design an invoice using the custom form styles. We need this facility put back.

The custom form styles mean we cannot raise an invoice in EUR instead of GBP and we cannot use our German VAT number instead of UK VAT number.

I see you want to upload an invoice template in QuickBooks Online. I greatly value your feedback and understand that customer input is crucial for us to improve our products and services. I also appreciate your understanding that limitations can sometimes be a part of any product, and we strive to address them to the best of our ability.

I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. We would be more than happy to hear from you. Your insights will help us enhance the user experience and ensure that we continue to meet your needs effectively. Here is how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4.  Click Next to submit.

Our product engineers will consider your suggestions, and you can always check the status of your request on our Customer Feedback website.

On the other hand, you can use the available template in the software. Other the Airy New, we have the Bold and Friendly.

I'm adding this article you can use in the future: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

For additional concerns about your invoice template, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Have a great day ahead!
