If the buttons are now functioning, it would be beneficial to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This often resolves issues associated with stored data.
You can also try using other supported browsers. I suggest using the most recent versions of well-known browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari for the optimal experience with our system.
