We'll be happy to help with the snap receipt feature on the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
We've not made any changes to remove this feature and it should be accessible from the Quick actions tile. To troubleshoot, please first try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version available in your app store.
If this doesn't fix, please get back in touch below with the device version you're using (iOS or Android) so that we can escalate further.
