Hello there, info2408. Since this issue has been ongoing for some time, I recommend checking with your bank to see if there are any maintenance tasks you need to complete.
If there are no problems with your bank and the issue seems to be specific to QuickBooks, I suggest contacting our live support team so they can review your account. To do this, navigate to the Help section, select the Search tab, and type "contact support." Click on Contact Us, choose your preferred method of communication, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect with a representative.
