I'm new to QBSE and find something puzzling that you may be able to help me with?
Basically, I transferred money to my bank account which is linked to QBSE. The bank feed updated on the home screen and a couple of minutes later and a transaction line appeared for me to be apply a rule or to categorise it i.e. personal, expense, etc. - Great!, Simple.
This morning, a client has paid me via bank transfer (Same method as I used above), the bank feed has updated, but the transaction line it yet to appear.
I have contacted support via online chat, but I don't think they fully understand the issue, as they told me that it was a unique circumstance and that it could take a day for the transaction line to appear. - This doesn't make sense to me. If the bank feed has updated and QB is aware of a change, then why hasn't it created a transaction line? - Is there a problem, is it me? Does QBSE have lower system resources as it's the entry level product? I don't know. But this will surly slow me down when I receive multiple transactions.

Most banks usually update their balance to include pending payments, which is why you'll see the correct live balance in QuickBooks, whereas the transactions will only appear in QB once they have been fully processed through your bank.
We'd advise leaving this (usually 24 hours though depending on the bank this may take up to three days) to see if the feed updates, if not, get back to us below and we'll take a closer look 🧐
