Transactions appear on the App but not the web version of Self Employed
I have photographed a number of receipts which show in transactions on my app but are not shown the web page when I log in?? They were added a week ago. I photographed a number of receipts, but it seems that all the ones that are missing from my page on the web site are from the same company, even though they appear on the App version.

I appreciate your time in posting here in the Community. I can see how you're concerned about receipts that are shown on your apps but not on the website. I'm here to help ensure you're able to view those transactions in the web version too.
First, let's try to log in to your account using a private browser or the incognito window. Make sure you're using the same credentials of your App as you log in to your account on the web. Here's how:
Launch Google Chrome. I recommend this browser as it works best with QuickBooks.
Press these keys together, Ctrl + Shift + N. This will get you to the incognito window.
Log in to your QBO account. Use your Apps credentials.
Review your transactions.
You should be able to view those transactions with receipts that you've added a week ago. If this is still an issue, I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care support. They can help pull up your information and replicate your account.
