Welcome to Community, @Kirkber.
Let's get your bank transactions up and running. To verify, are you using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) or QuickBooks Online (QBO)? I'd appreciate it if you can provide specific details about your product so we can start our troubleshooting steps from there.
To give you an insight, the Pending status means that Intuit have already sent transactions to your account for funding. The status will not become Funded until your bank declares it as cleared.
If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your payments will take a bit longer during your first month. You'll get your payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up. We'll send you an email once everything is set up to let you know your payments will process at the normal speed.
However, if you're using QBSE, your transactions will automatically sync to the program.
If none of the above info applies, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further. Here's how to reach out:
- Go to Help at the top.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
- Click either Chat or Callback.
Also, you can check your inbox if you're receiving emails from Intuit. Our Payment Team will send emails with instructions if there's an issue with the customer payment.
Please reply to this thread anytime if you have additional details or if you have other questions about payments. I'm always here to help. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead.
