Unable to customise invoices with logo as it doesn't work

There are two ways to add a logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can drop it from the Account and Settings or Custom form styles screen. I'm glad to show you how:

Account and Settings:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings from the pop-up window.
2. Choose Company on the left pane.
3. At the top, click the Plus sign icon from the Company logo section.
4. Select the file and hit Save twice.
5. Tick the Done button.

Custom Form Style:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom Form Styles from the pop-up window.
2. Locate the invoice template and hit Edit under the Action column.
3. Under the Design tab, hit the Make logo Edits section.
4. Click the Plus sign icon and select the file.
5. Hit Save, then Done.

If you get an error while performing the steps above, try using incognito. This feature doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to test if there's an issue with the browser.

Here's how:

• Press the Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome) keys on your keyboard.
• Press the Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer) keys on your keyboard.
• Press Control + Option + P (Safari) keys on your keyboard.

Once done, please try checking if the error is still showing.
