We are in the Isle of Man so cannot use drop down menu for "county" on invoices. Defaults to "CS"! How do we get rid of this??

For me to look at this a bit closer could you advise if you have taken out the UK Quickbooks product or Global?

Hello there, frida,

 

You'll want to recreate the customer. The country selected might have been incorrect.

 

  1. Click Sales on the left pane, then select Customers.
  2. Click New Customer.
  3. Fill in the fields in the Customer Information window. Enter additional information on the Other detailsTax info, and Payment and billing tabs, if necessary.
  4. Click Save. The customer name appears in the list.
