To ensure your shipping address appears, confirm that it is enabled in the template you used. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Custom form styles.
- Select the New style dropdown.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the section you want.
- Under the Display section, make sure the shipping option is checked.
If an invoice was created without the shipping option enabled, you can still add it directly on the invoice by following these steps:
- Navigate to All Apps, then choose Sales & Get Paid.
- Select Invoices and locate the one you want to update.
- Click View/Edit on the invoice.
- Open the Gear icon (Manage) and choose Customization.
- Toggle on the Ship To option.
Once done, the shipping address will appear on both the invoice and the delivery note.
