I'd like to make sure this is addressed and you're able to complete your work in QBO. I only need a few clarification about your question.
Are you importing bank transactions manually into the program? If so, the data uploaded is based on the information formatted on the WebConnect file. Make sure the information is mapped correctly on the spreadsheet. Refer to this article to learn more about this process: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
If the entries are correct, you can exclude the incorrect items then re-upload the file.
To exclude bank entries, follow the steps below:
Go to the For Review tab.
Check the box next to each transaction you want to exclude.
Select the Batch action drop-down menu, and then select Excludeselected.
Excluded transactions are moved over to the Excluded tab, and won’t be added to QuickBooks or be downloaded again.
However, if you're referring to online banking transactions, the data we receive depends on what the financial institution sends us. Can you tell us the name of your bank in the comment? This way we can check if there are any related cases, reported by other users, that are under investigation.
