what's going on with Etsy importing sales ? but sticking on " processing " -
ever since the new update , its becoming really really frustrating as QBO is now become useless ( doing 2-3 times the work )
this isn't the first time ( I had sales imported that were stuck pressing for 6+ days )
and then its importing all Etsy fees ? which the old version didn't do -
and whats worse is its not even the correct fee.
for example
1 fee (1.55 )
from a sale today ( but that sale incurred £4.65 fee ) so its not even importing the correct amount )

Let's troubleshoot the issue you encountered with Etsy integration.
To begin, please disconnect and then reconnect the Etsy connection to clear the processing status. Here’s how:
Next, access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in incognito mode to check if the transaction still shows as processing or if it loads correctly. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team, who can securely review your account and investigate further.

what about etsy importing incorrect fees ?
p.s there no pencil icon in QBO in integration page
Hello there, Trindleberry. We appreciate you coming back to the Community forum.
Please note that QuickBooks serves as a receiving platform, meaning it imports data exactly as Etsy provides it. If the fees being imported appear incorrect, this indicates an issue originating from Etsy’s data.
We recommend contacting Etsy’s support team to verify the accuracy of the fees and resolve any discrepancies directly within their system. Once the data is correct on Etsy’s end, QuickBooks will automatically import the updated information properly.
To disconnect the integration between Etsy and QuickBooks, you won’t see a pencil icon directly. Instead, you can do this by clicking on the three dots (ellipses) next to the Etsy integration. Once click, a Disconnect option will appear, allowing you to sever the connection.
