To troubleshoot this, please try clearing the cache on the browser you are using and then fully close/re-open the browser before viewing the print/preview of the invoice (for best performance results we recommend using Google Chrome as the choice of browser where possible).
If this doesn't fix the issue, please then open an invoice and change the 'Amounts are' to 'No VAT' and then hit Save on the bottom toolbar, then change this back to 'Amounts are' 'Inclusive of Tax' on the drop-down.
