When I match income to invoices in the app, a message comes back saying not accepted. This has never happened before. How do I fix it?

When I match income to invoices in the app, a message comes back saying not accepted. This has never happened before. How do I fix it?

Hello ItsMowTime, Let's see if some troubleshooting resolves this issue you are having where when you match income to invocies on the app it brings the message up saying not accepted. Can you please try uninstalling the Quickbooks app fully then reinstalling again and then go back to the payment and try to match it up again and see if you get the error message or not?
