When I use the 'resolve transactions' button, the cursor on the first line keeps going back to the left hand side instead of on to the next box. Is this just me?

Hi there, officeorganisers.

At this time, we haven't received any reports from other users about the issue in the Resolve difference button.

There are times that the browser keeps outdated Internet files and needs to be cleared. This is done once in a while because it can cause websites to receive unusual behavior.

I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This way, you're able to verify if the issue is caused by a full cache. This might be also the reason that the cursor on the first line keeps going back to the left-hand side instead of on to the next box.

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.

Please refer to this article to see steps on how you can unmatch. move and delete a downloaded transaction in QuickBooks Online: Unmatch downloaded bank transactions or move them to another account.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. I'm always here to help.
