Try to do another manual update. Your online bank will try to download those recent transactions that weren't downloaded earlier.
Try your browser's private window and see if there's a difference.
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
You can also try to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in a different browser. See if that works.
