Sometimes, data stored from your regular browser for a long period causes unusual behavior in the browser. This can be the reason why you're unable to see if the transaction is sent or not. To check, let's open your account in a private window. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing this mode:
- Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
