It's great to see a new member in the Community forum, @martin87. I see how important Capital On Tap Bank is to link to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
At the moment, we don't have a specific time frame for when Capital on Tap Bank will be integrated with QBO. However, I can help you on how to request a bank to add to the list of supported institutions.
Here's how:
- Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transaction.
- Click Link account.
- Search for the name of your bank.
- Click the Still can't find your provider?
- Enter your bank name and web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
As a workaround to link your transactions in QBO, you can manually upload them using a CSV file into the program.
