I managed to resolve the situation prior to seeing your response by deleting the app off the phone, clearing down the open apps and reinstalling the latest version. Pretty much what you recommended anyway… many thanks for the reply.
It’s frustrating when glitches like this occur, because, whilst this app isn’t perfect, it is great at making it easy for me to manage my invoices and payments… to then just have glitches like this really spoils the experience.
