Where has the ability to view unsent invoices gone on the App? I can see paid invoices… but can’t access those that I have created in preparation to send later!

Using iPhone 14… this inability to see invoices or the option to select them from the menu seems to have died in the last 24hrs!

Thank you for coming to the Community space, Stewart. Let's collaborate to resolve the problem of why you're experiencing difficulty loading sales invoices in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

The application frequently stores temporary data called cache to enhance the speed of your user experience while you carry out various tasks. However, when the cache becomes full, it can lead to unexpected issues, such as the inability to locate certain features within the app. Another possible cause of these problems could be an outdated version of the application. To address these issues, we will now proceed with some troubleshooting steps to resolve them effectively.

 

To begin, we can initiate a data refresh either through the system or the settings menu. This will refresh the application and eliminate the outdated cache responsible for the unusual behavior.

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

If the problem continues, I recommend removing and then reinstalling the mobile application. This will enable you to start fresh. To proceed, please follow the instructions provided below:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm. 
  4. Once done, visit this link to reinstall'

I managed to resolve the situation prior to seeing your response by deleting the app off the phone, clearing down the open apps and reinstalling the latest version. Pretty much what you recommended anyway… many thanks for the reply.

It’s frustrating when glitches like this occur, because, whilst this app isn’t perfect, it is great at making it easy for me to manage my invoices and payments… to then just have glitches like this really spoils the experience.
