QuickBooks Online and Self-Employed versions for the UK currently supports entering invoices in the system individually.

As far as I know, the batch invoicing feature is only available in QBO Advanced (US version). You may consider any QBO plan of UK version (not QBSE) and integrate it with a billing management app.
