Hi there, Jenny. Normally QuickBooks removes transactions from your Reminders list once you click the Edit and Create option. Since they are still showing, you can do browser troubleshooting, as browser issues can affect how QuickBooks Online (QBO) functions.
First, you can refresh your browser to update the page and displays the new data. You can also Log-out and Log back into your QBO account to fully refresh it.
If the issue still persists, you can access your QBO account by opening a private browsing window. This can help isolate the cache, which is a common cause of unusual behavior.
