Let's troubleshoot this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, launch it and upload the receipt again.
If you are still unable to upload, please access QBO using a browser. Then, attach the receipt from there.
I would also recommend you to report this to us so we can escalate it to our engineers.
- Please click on the Help menu.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter Can't upload a receipt and click on Let's talk.
- Choose a way to reach us.
