Why has the app stopped me from sending invoices?

Let me impart a few details on this so we can resolve the issue when you can't send an invoice through the app in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To begin with, may I ask if you've encountered an error while trying to send invoices? Knowing this will help us determine appropriate solutions to your concern.

 

For now, we can perform mobile troubleshooting steps to help eliminate common errors and will ensure that the data you've uploaded to QBO will remain intact. To do so, please ensure that you're connected to the internet, and then perform the following steps:

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Press Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

After refreshing, restart your mobile phone and check if you can send invoices. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks mobile app.
