Why is my app not syncing with the QB website? Why is my balance not changing? Why can’t I see transactions prior to Jan 2024 on my mobile app? I have no filters on!

I'm here to share some steps to fix it and get your data loaded in the QuickBooks Sole Trader mobile app, vickiholmes.

 

The QuickBooks mobile app is always in sync with the web version. The tasks and changes you've made on the web should show up on the web, and vice versa. 

 

With this, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix accumulated temporary internet files in your mobile app.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Tap Settings, then locate General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then click the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Press Offload App.

For Android:

 

  1. Open Settings on your Android device.
  2. Tap Apps (this may vary by device).
  3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Click Storage, then tap Clear Storage.

Also, to view prior transactions to January 2024, you need to filter and sort the dates from Date: Oldest and Date on which those months the transactions will be included.
