In the Account and Settings, you should change the Customer-facing email, not the Company email. Here's how:

After performing the steps, if the same issue persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. Let's start by logging in to your account through a private browser. This doesn't store cache data files that cause odd behaviors in the program. You can refer to the shortcut keys below:
Then, access your invoice and check the email. If this works, clear the cache of your default browser to remove accumulated data. If the error persists, you can utilize another supported browser of the device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
