Can you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing please so it can be looked into more as not sure why it is saying not found it should put the person's name who has done anything in the account.

I'm here to assist you with how to view and see who added these receipts in QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's go ahead and navigate to Manage Users to see users tagged as Not Found in the list. 

 

Next, we can check the Audit log to find who added and modified the receipt. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit log.
  2. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.

 

Furthermore, we can try to perform some troubleshooting steps to help isolate if this is a bug in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + N  (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Press the Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If the private browsing session works, we will need to clear your browser cache to prevent unexpected behavior in the product. Check out this article for the steps:
