Use Google Maps in QuickBooks Desktop

SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated over 1 year ago

Learn how to find the location of your customer or supplier using Google Maps in QuickBooks Desktop.

QuickBooks Desktop uses Google Maps to help you find the location of your customer or supplier. When connected online, you can get a map or directions with different transportation options. Here’s how.

Note: Incomplete information and non-address information (such as phone number) in the address may cause an error.

Access maps and directions

  1. Go to Customer Centre or Supplier Centre.
  2. Select the name of a customer or supplier.
  3. On the Customer or Supplier Information window, select Maps or Directions. This will direct you to an external browser.

You can now send the address info to your mobile number, or save the location/direction information on your Google account.
