Hi, David. Yes, you can still personalize your VAT invoices. However, it’s possible that the setting has been reset or changed to Out of Scope of Tax, which is why the VAT details are no longer appearing as expected.
To resolve this, check if the correct option is selected in Accounts and settings to make your custom VAT visible on invoices again.
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then Account and settings.
- Select the Advanced tab, then Accounting.
- Click Edit and ensure that the Default tax rate selection is set to either Exclusive Tax or Inclusive Tax.
If the VAT is still not visible after updating the settings, please log out of your account. Wait a few moments, then sign back in.
