Does anyone know what action to take when cannot submit a Vat return. Not connecting to HMRC. Have tried all suggestions?

Since you've already tried all the troubleshooting, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks support. They can check your account and help you in submitting the VAT return.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
