Hello cabmort, welcome, and thanks for posting on the Quickbooks Community page, you can create a custom tax code from the VAT page by clicking Taxes>VAT> Add tax > Tax rate however we would recommend and advise that you speak and seek support from an accountant to be sure the correct rates are applied and the best way to record this in you're account.
