To mark a period you have filed within QuickBooks as paid, you need to go to Taxes and find the submitted return, it should give you an option to record payment under the Action column.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
