Welcome to the Community, @ccnetwork. You can first disconnect the app to stop new imports, then manually delete the already imported transactions.
If you're the user who connected the eBay app in QuickBooks Online (QBO), follow this guide to disconnect it:
- On the App transactions page, find the app.
- Select the dropdown next to Launch, then select Disconnect.
- Complete the short questionnaire.
- Select Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

Once the app is disconnected, delete the imported transactions by going to the App transactions page, filtering for the eBay app, then manually selecting and deleting them. Before deleting, you may want to read this article for important reminders: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.
