im trying to submit my vat return but cant find the taxes tab on the new layout

Let me help you locate the VAT tab using the new layout. 

In the updated QuickBooks Online layout, VAT is no longer displayed under the Taxes tab. Instead, it is now accessible directly on the newly designated  tab within the platform.

Here's how: 

1. Navigate to All Apps from the left-hand menu on the dashboard.
2. Under the Stock section, you will find the VAT tab.
