Invoice template for CIS reverse charge VAT and a separate template for non-CIS customers

Hi All 

I'm struggling with having two separate templates now that we need to invoice under the CIS reverse charge VAT scheme AND invoice as per normal with other customers. 

Has anyone been able to successfully do this? I've tried with creating a template in word but surely there must be an easier way now that we have to have different messages on different invoices. 

Any help gratefully received.

Hi @MrsU,

 

The email message you create in the Sales tab of the Account and Settings page or the Custom form styles page applies to all. 

 

As you stated above, what you need to do is to import a custom form style from Microsoft Word, so you can set a different email message on it. You can follow the steps in this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates

 

You also have the option to customise your invoices via the mobile app. Take a look at this article for the steps: Customise invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
