Let's check to see if your rates are still active. They will not show up when they have been inactivated.
If the rates are active in the first place, you can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps to check if this has something to do with your browser.
To start, please log in to QuickBooks using a private window. This disables your cache from saving new data, and it's a good initial step to check browser issues. If the rates will show up when you create bills or invoices, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to isolate the case.

Hello Dawn, That rate comes into place on the 1st of October, so if you are seeing in your rates we're working on the capabilities the article we linked in the last post will update as soon as the code is active and able to be used.
